    Electric Uke I just designed.




    1) steel-string - 17" scale
    2) Bone nute, bone bridge individual pieces intonated. Bocote bass for the bridge.
    3) 1.375" black limba body
    4) mahogany neck with bocote fretboard
    5) wooden dot inlays
    6) set neck
    7) Bill Lawrence micro-coil pick up
    8) Low action, gret tone

      Not yet, but I should have one done in about 4 weeks if the customer says go.

      It will be a ................... horrors.................righty.

      Carved top on the Black Limba. The finish may just be dark grain filler, linseed oil and a few coats of tung oil for a natural look.



      I'd love to do a Gold Top. That would rule. With candy apple red back - but the limba is just so beautiful.

      I have the wood, enough for seven, well now six bodies. Parts and wood is running about $300 for the whole thing my whole cost.

              Not yet. I'm in the process of making a Mockingbird, another Iceman and a Strat-style.

              That's keeping me pretty busy.
