  • Lefty Godins?

    Hi folks,

Has anyone ever seen lefty versions of the Godin semi-acoustics? (Multiac, Acousticaster, ACS)

    - Chris, who apparently has a thing for unobtainable guitars. :-)

I personally have never seen one, but I usually don't pay attention to non-shredders

I played a couple of lefty Acousticasters maybe 15+ years ago now, also owned a lefty solidbody LGXSA with piezo and synth access. I don't think either model is available in lefty anymore as Godin have really cut back on the left handed models they are producing.

Yes indeed they have, not very much choice nowadays at godin... it's something like one or two entry models, and on or two higher range electrics...
I don't think they are making any of the semi-acoustics left hand... (and what a shame that is...)

I mean how cool would it be to have one of these:

          Thanks for the replies!

If anyone knows where to find one of the older semi-acoustic lefties, do let me know.

Hm, might I get a good result from simply reversing the strings on one of these?

Looks like the bridge is not straight, but the rest of the guitar seems pretty symmetrical.

I'm not sure you posted the correct guitar as that one's not symmetrical at all.
