Anyone in UK interested? I'd go for it myself but lack the funds... still.

Those Tokai's are great guitars. It also looks like it is priced to sell quickly. I think those sell for about $1,000 USD.

I enquired about the price for a natural finish at a big EU dealer and it came back €1200,-- That's what? $1500-$1600?
I own a couple MIJ Tokai, including a '84 Breezy (telecaster) and except for the funky names Tokai give their guitars they are truly amazing! My Tokai tele kicks the bejeezis out of the USA Fender tele's my buddy plays. At a fraction of the cost... You do need to make sure you end up with MIJ though.

Here you go, I don't know if they ship to Europe, but I'm pretty certain they will.

        http://www.taniguchi-gakki.com/catal...oducts_id=1978

The price is 101,200 yen which translate to $1,100 USD approximately plus shipping which is about $100.

They also have this guitar in Natural......

Kinda makes you want to save some money.

Gas is not a good thing in more ways than the obvious.

EDIT: I just did the conversion from Euro to Dollars and your 1,200 = $1700 WOW

Thanks, yeah I check their site regularly. They stock a helluvalot of Tokai and their prices are decent enough. Thing is customs and taxes overhere... My TJ98 cost me about €1000. And I didn't even purchase that at Taniguchi - I got it straight from Tokai Gakki. They charged me (way) less than what Taniguchi wants for one...
